Cancellation Policy

To ensure the safety, security, and smooth coordination of all events, The LinQ Event Center has established the following guidelines for items dropped off prior to an event: 1. Scheduling & Approval All item drop-offs must be pre-approved and scheduled with The LinQ Event Center management. Drop-offs outside of approved times will not be accepted. 2. Responsibility & Liability The LinQ Event Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left on-site before, during, or after events. Clients are encouraged to label all items clearly with their event name, date, and contact information. 3. Storage Limitations Storage space is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Only items directly related to the event may be stored. Personal items, valuables, or hazardous materials will not be accepted. 4. Timeframe for Drop-Off Items may be dropped off no earlier than 48 hours before the event, unless prior written approval is given. All items must be removed at the end of the event. Any items not collected within 24 hours after the event may be discarded or subject to additional storage fees. 5. Delivery & Pickup The client (or their designated vendor) is responsible for delivery, setup, and pickup of all items. Venue staff will not transport, assemble, or handle items unless previously arranged under a separate service agreement. 6. Liability Waiver By dropping off items in advance, the client acknowledges and agrees that The LinQ Event Center holds no liability for damages, theft, or loss of any kind.
